1. Schedule Your Pickup
Book your pickup appointment by calling our customer service.
Select a convenient time for pickup from our available morning, afternoon, or evening slots.
2. Prepare Your Laundry
Place your laundry in bags, separating any items that require special care (e.g., delicate fabrics or special instructions).
Include any specific cleaning preferences, such as detergent type or temperature settings.
3. Pickup
Our driver will arrive at your designated location at the scheduled time to collect your laundry. The price is $1.99 per pound. For your first pickup, give us a call so we can discuss the details.
The driver will take your bagged laundry along with any specific instructions you provide.
4. Laundry Processing
We follow your specific instructions to wash and dry your clothes.
5. Notification
You will receive a text message when your laundry is cleaned, folded, and ready for delivery.
6. Delivery
Arrange a delivery time that works best for you. Same-day delivery is available for pickups before 10:00 AM; otherwise, next-day delivery will be scheduled.
Our driver will deliver your clean laundry to your specified location. If you're not available, we can leave the items in a secure location of your choice.
7. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and cash payments.
