Time Slots: Choose from morning, afternoon, or evening pickups. 2. Pickup Service: Preparation: Customers should bag their laundry before pickup. Separate items needing special care. Weight Measurement: Our driver will weigh the laundry on-site. The cost is $1.19 per pound. 3. Laundry Processing: Instructions: Provide cleaning preferences, including detergent choices and special care needs. Sorting: Our team will sort and care for items according to instructions. 4. Delivery Service: Turnaround Time: Same-day delivery for pickups before 10:00 AM; next-day delivery for later pickups. You'll receive a text when your laundry is ready. Delivery Options: We can deliver to your specified location. If you're unavailable, we'll leave items in a secure spot. 5. Payment: Options: Pay online or in cash upon delivery. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Pricing: $1.19 per pound. Additional charges may apply for special services. 6.
